Minute Maid Park

Houston is pretty dang proud of their legendary Astros baseball team, and the atmosphere at a game is always electric. If you've got the time, and are lucky enough, catching a game might be a great way to spend an afternoon!

NASA

Houston, we have a problem! If you have too much spare time, touring NASA might be the perfect solution!  

Museum of Natural Science

From dinosaurs to green energy, the Museum of Natural Science has it all! It's a great spot to spend an afternoon and it's right in the heart of downtown Houston! The Museum District is incredible in general, so if this isn't your cup of tea, you might find something else you'll enjoy!

Kemah Boardwalk

Located on the east side of Houston on the Gulf of Mexico, Kemah Boardwalk is a great attraction full of rides, fun restaurants, and great views of the Gulf! If you're looking for a fun gamily day, this is a great option for you!

Downtown Aquarium

One of the most notable parts of downtown as you're driving down I45 is the Aquarium and its huge Ferris wheel! If you're looking to spend some time under the sea after baking in the Texas sun, this might be the spot for you!

Cockrell Butterfly Center

Need to zen our after the insanity of traveling? Maybe spending an afternoon at the Cockrell Butterfly Center is exactly what you need. Located in downtown Houston, this site is well worth the trip.
